Focus & Objectives
The RCR Stelform Quality Department is focused on creating a centre to improve the
quality, efficiency and safety of welding operations within RCR Stelform.
One of
the main objectives of this centre is to allow RCR Stelform to remain competitive
in the global market, by using the appropriate technology utilised by trained and
informed staff.
Goals
- To create a department whose focus is the research and development of new processes
that will improve welding production, quality and safety.
- To develop a training centre that can non trades people to become welding operators
and develop the skills of existing welders.
- To develop the skills of existing employees by gaining IIW qualifications. This
includes IWS, IWP and Inspectors.
- To make RCR Stelform the company of choice for technical and difficult to weld operations.
