Sample Weld Procedures

RCR Stelform uses a number of materials. These include:

  • Carbon Steel & Low Alloy; in all P22, P5, P9; thickness up to 120mm.
  • Austenetic Stainless Steels; in majority of grades; thickness up to 50mm.
  • High Nickel Grades of Stainless Steels; Inconel 600, 800, 800Ht; thickness up to 50mm.
  • Cupro Nickel; thickness up to 10mm; diameter up to 250 OD.
  • Centracast High Temperature Material used in reforming furnace; HK40 Manurite; thickness up to 50mm.
  • Martensitic Stainless Steel 13%
  • Duplex & Super Duplex Material; 2204, 2507 ferrallium, zeron 100; thickness up to 40mm.
  • Titanium; various grades; thickness up to 25mm, in both shop and field applications.
