RCR Stelform has increased its technological advantage in welding through the introduction
of robotic pipe cutting and welding systems.
The performance advantages of this new technology includes; significant increase
in productivity, constant quality welds through the application of pre-programmed
welding parameters, reduced requirement for skilled welders and ease of profiling
difficult cut sections. For the customer, the robotic system ensures that every
task performed is executed with pin-point accuracy, repeatability and improved productivity.
RCR Stelform has deviated from the standard robotic welding module and has designed
new technology to suit the requirements of high production pipe spooling.
