Piping data from the designers' 3D piping models may be used to reduce drafting
hours. The piping data files produced by many of the popular design suites may be
processed by Stelform using SpoolGEN, a relative of IsoGEN. This processing produces
material and weld lists in electronic formats, as well as our fabrication isometrics.
The material and weld files are further processed to create material and weld information
in Spooling Manager automatically rather than by traditional manual data entry.
This allows us to quickly process large spooling jobs with high accuracy.
