RCR Stelform provides design and manufacturing services for pressure vessels, columns
and reactor vessels.
Our in-house capabilities offer mechanical design and manufacturing, while established
relationships with process design associates enable us to provide total engineering
solutions.
Our design capability includes high pressure designs to the rules of advanced design
codes, and vessels which are required to carry the ASME code stamp.
All load cases are designed for:
- Seismic and wind loads
- Frequency response for columns
- External nozzle loads
- Fatigue analysis
- Saddle analysis
With our workshop facilities, we can use a variety of materials in fabrication and
meet most manufacturing requirements:
- Maximum diameter - 4m
- Maximum thickness - 60mm
- Maximum length - 20m
- Maximum weight of single section - 80 tonnes
