Project Management:
RCR Stelform offers more than 20 years experience and highly developed in-house
procedures to ensure the project management of every contract is carried out efficiently.
Our company operating practices ensure communication is always open and clear, and
that the client has access to information relating to their project at all times.
A Project Engineer is assigned to each contract at its inception. That person is
then responsible for all aspects of the project.
This provides the client with a single point of contact for the duration of their
project.
The role of the Project Engineer is to manage the input from every RCR Stelform
service provider involved in the contract, ensuring design, manufacturing and installation
staff are aware of the client's needs and work together to complete tasks according
to the requirements of the contract.
The Project Engineer is responsible for regular reports on the status and progress
of a project.

Engineering Design:
RCR Stelform provides customised, in-house design services for pressure equipment.
All of our designs comply with the structured requirements and procedures of ISO
9000-2000, ASME U, U2 and S.
RCR Stelform design services include:
- Flow analysis of piping systems 3D modelling and stress analysis of piping systems
- Thermal design and guarantee through licensing arrangements with Lummus Technology
Heat Transfer
- Thermal design of feedwater heaters, deaerators and steam surface condenser
- Mechanical design of pressure equipment including shell and tube heat exchangers
to Australian and International codes and best industry standards.
- Drafting in 2D and 3D, general arrangement and workshop drawings
- Finite element analysis
- Remnant life analysis
We have a team of experienced, qualified engineers with recognised industry expertise,
including:
- Membership of the Australian Institute of Engineers
- Membership of Australian Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code Committees
