Shareholders:

RCR Stelform is a wholly owned subsidiary of RCR Tomlinson Ltd.

Management and Administration:

RCR Stelform's management team has worked together since the company's inception in the mid-1980's.

The success of this working association adds to the depth of experience offered by the company, and is a testament to the strong bond and commitment that exists in our company.

Sales and Marketing Engineers:

RCR Stelform is active in the marketplace represented by regionalised sales and business development personnel. Our people are recognised in the industry and are able to assist our clients in budget preparation, project tenders or alliance arrangements.

Project Engineers:

Our Project Engineers are qualified mechanical engineers with years of experience in the pressure industry and are trained in RCR Stelform systems and procedures.

Design Engineers and Drafting Personnel:

One of RCR Stelform's major strengths is the talent and ability of our engineers and drafting personnel. The company encourages staff to take part in and become members of industry organisations, including pressure equipment standards committees, conferences and seminars.

Manufacturing Personnel:

RCR Stelform's trades personnel are highly skilled and experienced in manufacturing pressure equipment. A large number have worked in the industry, many with the company's management, since the early 1970's. They are encouraged to participate in job planning, safety and non-conformance resolution.

Construction Personnel:

Working both in the shop and in the field gives our construction personnel a full understanding of the quality requirements demanded in the pressure industry. Our broad experience across many different sites enables us to offer effective solutions to clients construction and maintenance needs.

Information Technology Personnel:

RCR Stelform's in-house IT engineering department maintains an advanced IT business environment through continued investment in up to date hardware and software, national high speed WAN links between branches, remote communication with mobile networks, full time digital Web connection, and fully integrated contract costing and financial ERP, and CRM systems. RCR Stelform incorporates a number of package and in-house software systems, and ongoing IT training is provided for all users.
